RZBC takes the lead in establishing the national affirmed enterprise technology center , post-doctoral research center, national accredited lab, National Citric Acid Industry Test and Analysis Center, Shandong organic acid fermentation project technology research center, and other scientific research and detection agencies, forms a multi-level technological innovation system centered on the company technological research and development and relied on related scientific research institutes and universities, and realizes the professional and focusing and keeps improving in citric acid production technology. Company Test and Analysis center
RZBC test and analysis center has passed through the national lab accredited in May 2006 and granted with the nationwide citric acid industry analysis detection center by China biological fermentation industry society. The center covers an area of over 3000 square meters, and over CNY 13 million fixed assets; the center is established according to ISO/IEC17025“Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories”and a perfect management system is formulated to ensure the durable effectiveness and sustainable improvement of the system. The center is configured with advanced instruments at home and abroad, such as America Agilent atomic absorption spectrometer and gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer; America waters high performance liquid chromatograph, Switzerland Mettler automatic titrator, and trace moisture meter; Germany Brooker infrared spectrometer; Italy Milestone microwave digestion device; Beijing Haiguang atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer the center has perform comprehensive analysis and detection on raw and auxiliary materials, citric acid and citrates according to different customers’demands.
