(Summary description)On the morning of January 21, 2025, RZBC 2024 Annual Summary and Recognition Meeting was held in the large conference room on the fourth floor of RZBC(JUXIAN) CO., LTD. Company management team, representatives of advanced collectives and outstanding employees, and some employee representatives attended the meeting. The meeting summarized RZBC’s work in 2024 and recognized advanced collectives and outstanding employees who emerged in various production and operation tasks throughout the year.
Wei Caixia, Deputy General Manager of RZBC(JUXIAN) CO., LTD., announced the company's "Decision on Recognizing and Rewarding Advanced Collectives and Outstanding Employees for 2024." Company executives presented awards to the selected outstanding employees, advanced teams, advanced union groups, excellent union group leaders, excellent science association group leaders, excellent Youth League branch secretaries, excellent safety group leaders, advanced workshops, advanced Party branches, outstanding Communist Party members, continuous learning models, and rationalization suggestion winners. This year, RZBC had eight employees who had been with the company for 30 years. At the meeting, General Manager Jiao presented them with commemorative gold medals and took a group photo.
Representatives of advanced collectives and outstanding employees spoke, sharing their work experiences and gains over the past year and expressing their determination to continue working diligently and contributing to the company's development. Jiao Guangming, Chairman of RZBC, delivered the "2024 Annual Work Summary and 2025 Policy Goals Report" and gave a speech. Chairman Jiao stated that in 2024, facing a complex and ever-changing macroeconomic environment, all the employees of RZBC, under the correct leadership of the Group Party Committee and Board of Directors, focused on production and operation goals, strengthened basic management, expanded procurement and sales markets, and implemented cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures, ensuring smooth and orderly production and operations. In the new year, all employees should anchor their goals, unite, work hard, embrace innovation, and write a new chapter with their efforts!
